The City of Oshkosh may have to do some infrastructure work to aid redevelopment of the former Aviation Plaza property.
City Manager Mark Rohloff says the former site of WalMart and JC Penney no longer meets stormwater standards.
The former Aviation Plaza site is also served by only one water service and new standards require an individual service for each building.
The Oshkosh Common Council will hold a workshop session tomorrow to discuss potential Tax Incremental Financing for those projects.
