A judge set the court dates for three people involved in the death of a seven-year-old boy.
The preliminary hearings for Timothy Hauschultz and his wife Tina McKeever-Hauschultz are scheduled for next weeks.
An initial hearing for Damian Hauschultz is set for Monday. Investigators say Timothy told 15-year-old Damian to punish seven-year-old Ethan Hauschultz for not knowing bible verses. They say Damian beat Ethan and buried him in the snow.
All three were in front of a Manitowoc County court judge yesterday.
