Wisconsin will be part of the U.S. Climate Alliance.
Governor Evers announced the state will join the group that’s focusing on making changes at the state level. Each member commits to reducing emissions, and meeting targets that are part of the Paris climate accord.
President Trump dropped out of the international agreement, and the group was formed in 2017. Last week, Michigan became the 20th state to join the alliance.
