The De Pere police department is calling damage to a fence at the NEW Water waste treatment facility a case of hit and run.
Video shows someone driving an SUV-type vehicle crash through a gate which flips up and over the vehicle.
Police say the car immediately left going out the way it came in.
Police don’t know the driver’s motive.
They say the damage happened between 11 p.m. and 12 p.m. last Saturday.
