The Oshkosh school district could create a full-time online program for high school students.
Deputy Superintendent Dave Gunlach says they hope to start it next school year. He says students could attend Oshkosh West or North High School. They then could sign up for part-time or full-time online classes.
Gunlach adds online students would be able to participate in extracurricular activities like sports and dances. He says they want to start with a high school program and possibly expand to middle or elementary schools in the future.
The Oshkosh school board still has to approve the proposal.
