The state’s attorney general is criticizing President Trump’s emergency declaration to build a wall.
Democratic A.G. Josh Kaul is threatening to take action, if federal funds for Wisconsin would be diverted. Kaul thinks Trump’s order will be blocked by the courts.
He calls it a “blatant attempt to circumvent the system of checks and balances.”
