An organizer of an Old Glory Honor Flight to Vietnam says the people making the journey represent all veterans.
Board member Scott Delsart says they’re part of a group of more than 50 veterans making the trip. They leave Sunday. He says the group is leading by example to help other Vietnam veterans come to terms with the past.
Delsart says the community is also getting involved. The bridges in downtown Green Bay will have red, yellow, and green lights this weekend. Those are the colors of the Vietnam service ribbon.
