Appleton police are investigating the suspicious death of a woman.
Officer Meghan Cash says around 3 p.m. yesterday police were called for a welfare check. She says they searched all day and found the woman dead inside an apartment around 1:15 a.m. Friday.
Cash says the apartment is on Valley Road on the city’s south side.
Police believe it’s an isolated incident, and the public is not in danger.
