Green Bay police say the victim of a shooting on the city’s east side was 18-year-old Federico Abarca.
Four suspects are in custody, and they’re expected to be in Brown County court this afternoon.
Police say they found Abarca in the parking lot of an apartment building, in the 2300 block of Preble Avenue, around 11:15 p.m. last Friday. He was pronounced dead at St. Vincent Hospital.
Police arrested the suspects on Saturday.
Abarca was a student at Green Bay Preble High School. Superintendent Michelle Langenfeld sent a letter to families yesterday, saying the district’s hearts and deepest sympathies go out to the family and friends.
