A new project is in the works in the Marion Road redevelopment area in downtown Oshkosh.
City Manager Mark Rohloff says an Iowa company is looking to put a mixed-use building at the corner of Marion Road and Jackson Street. It could have office and commercial space, with residential on the upper levels.
Rohloff says people would be able to live and work in the same building if they wanted.
The developers will present their vision to the Oshkosh Common Council tonight. Construction could start later this year.
