It’s a tough winter for snowplow drivers in northeast Wisconsin.
Brown County Public Works Director Paul Fontecchio says they haven’t caught a break. He says it seems like by the time they clean the roads there’s a new fresh layer waiting for them.
Fontecchio says crews usually have time to fix fences, signs, and mailboxes that are hit by plows. But with the number of snowstorms he thinks they’ll have to do a lot of that in the spring.
