Winnebago County Sheriff’s deputies are now returning cars from the I-41 pileup to their owners.
About 130 cars were involved in the chain-reaction crash in the southbound lanes in the Neenah area. Deputies believe 95 percent of the vehicles that were impounded will be totaled.
