A Green Bay man is in custody for his 11th drunk driving arrest.
The State Patrol says 66-year-old Douglas Kluth stopped his car on Highway J in Oconto County, while a trooper was directing traffic around a crash, around 1:15 a.m. Wednesday.
When Kluth reportedly started talking with the trooper, the trooper thought Kluth might be drunk. He’s accused of failing field sobriety tests.
