An attempted murder suspect is in custody.
The Fond du Lac SWAT team arrested Mohamed Elmhdati last night around 6:45 p.m. at a home in the 100 block of North Sophia Street.
He’s suspected of shooting a 25-year-old man in the leg Tuesday afternoon.
The shooting happened in the area of Division Street and Lincoln Avenue.
The victim has non-life threatening injuries and is expected to survive.
