Governor Evers is talking about his plans to improve water quality in the state.
His wants to borrow almost $70 million over the next couple years to replace lead pipes and combat pollution. He thinks there will be wide-spread support for the effort.
Evers thinks the DNR should be more science based moving forward. His plan includes adding five more scientists to the agency to research water pollution and five new positions to regulate factory farms.
