Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul is joining the first multi-state lawsuit that challenges President Trump’s attempts to set up obstacles for women seeking abortion.
Kaul is one of 21 attorneys general from around the country to sign on.
The U.S. Health and Human Services Department is trying to ban taxpayer-funded family planning clinics from referring patients to abortion providers.
Governor Evers supports the lawsuit.
