A homeowner’s Christmas display in Kaukauna will be moving to the city’s industrial park.
Some neighbors have complained about the number of people driving to Rusty Court to check it out. The Industrial Park Commission is on board with hosting it this year, after a business offered a spot.
Community Development Director Bob Jakel says they’ll see how it goes this year. He wants to ban parking on the opposite side of the street from the display for safety reasons. He doesn’t want people to be crossing the street to see the display.
Safety was a big issue for neighbors on Rusty Court.
Jakel says the homeowner asked the Industrial Park Commission for permission.
