Students from four local high schools are learning more about county government today.
They’re taking part in the annual Outagamie County Youth in Government program.
County Board Chair Jeff Nooyen says they go through the typical process of considering proposals. The students have mock committee meetings and debate them at a mock county board session.
The students are from Freedom, Hortonville, Seymour and Shiocton.
