State justice department workers won’t have to sign non-disclosure agreements anymore.
Attorney General Josh Kaul is dropping a policy implemented by former Republican A.G. Brad Schimel. The Democrat believes ethics and workplace rules already cover safeguarding confidential information.
Schimel started forcing workers to sign the agreements in 2017.
