Oshkosh police believe a 27-year-old man was shot in the foot on the city’s west side last night.
They say the Oshkosh man showed up at a local hospital around 10:15 p.m.
Investigators decided to get a search warrant for a place in the 1400 block of 2nd Avenue. They think the man was shot there. They arrested a 43-year-old woman on a possible cocaine charge.
