Two fisherman are safe after breaking through the ice on the Fox River in Ashwaubenon off Bay Harbor Circle.
Police say they were called around 6 p.m. by a neighbor who saw the men breaking through the fragile ice as they were trying to make their way to shore.
A rescue raft was used to save them.
