Three people were hurt after part of a building collapsed in Lawrence.
Brown County Sheriff’s deputes say workers were putting up tresses at a future strip mall this afternoon. The construction site is by Eisenhower Road.
Chief Curt Minten is with the Lawrence Fire Department. He says one worker was trapped. He says that worker and two other were taken to local hospitals.
Deputies say it took about five minutes to free the pinned person.
Investigators are trying to figure out the cause of the collapse.
