A Green Alert for a missing veteran from Green Bay is in effect.
Officials say Yuri Burrows was last seen Monday around 6 p.m. at his home.
They believe he left in a grey Toyota 4Runner that has military plates.
Burrows is white, six feet three inches tall and has brown hair and eyes. He’s 38.
