Governor Evers and Attorney General Josh Kaul are pulling Wisconsin out of a multistate lawsuit challenging the federal health care reform law.
The move comes after a judge’s ruling on the Republican-passed lame-duck laws. One of them took away the power of the governor to order the attorney general to withdraw from lawsuits.
During their campaigns, Evers and Kaul promised to get Wisconsin out of the lawsuit.
