A Green Bay program is giving high school students some construction experience.
Students apply for Bridges just like a job and then they build a home for a family.
Fernando Nunez is one of eight seniors in the program this year. He says the biggest thing they learned during the project was creativity. He says they got to show their skills and work as a team.
Organizers also hope the program will help fill the shortage of trade workers in the state. This is the third home built by high school students through the Bridges program.
