Two men are facing charges in the case of a missing 17-year-old Oshkosh boy.
Eau Claire police say they arrested the suspects after the teen escaped earlier this week. They believe the boy met 25-year-old Tyler Brand online and then in person in Oshkosh last Thursday. The victim told police Brand held him for several days before they met the second suspect in Menasha.
Brand is a registered sex offender.
