Police have a suspect in custody for the murders of a Manitowoc man and his daughter.
They’re confirming an arrest in the shooting deaths of 51-year-old Richard Miller and 19-year-old Jocelyn.
They’re not releasing the suspect’s name, but they’re planning a press conference this afternoon.
The Millers were found dead in their Dale Street home, on the city’s west side, last September.
