Someone who bought a Powerball ticket in Wisconsin is very rich this morning.
Lottery officials say last night’s winning ticket worth $768 million was sold in New Berlin, outside Milwaukee.
Officials call this the largest jackpot in the state’s Lottery history, the third-largest in U.S. Lottery history and Powerball’s second-highest jackpot of all-time.
The name of the store where the winning ticket was purchased hasn’t been released. Owners will get $100,000 dollars.
Odds to pick the winning numbers is one in more than 292 million.
This is the first winning Powerball jackpot of 2019.
The prize rolled 25 times since the last win in December of last year.
