Bond is set at $1 million cash for an Appleton man accused of killing a father and daughter in Manitowoc.
Karl Hess allegedly killed Richard Miller with the intent of stealing money from his house. He also is accused of shooting Miller’s daughter, Jocelyn, back in September. Hess was arrested earlier this week, after Manitowoc police posted video of a suspect in the case.
Formal charges are still pending. Hess will return to court on April first.
