Another on-ramp to Highway 10-441 is closing and it will cause some headaches for drivers in Menasha and on Appleton’s south side.
The eastbound ramp at Appleton Road was shut down last week and the same thing is happening with the westbound one today. All of the ramps at Midway Road are still closed. That means people can’t get on the highway at two straight interchanges.
Mark Kantola is a spokesman for the DOT. He says drivers will use the Racine Street exit or Oneida Street ramp to access places in the area.
The Appleton Road on-ramps will be shut down for three months. Midway Road won’t be open until the end of the summer.
