Some students at a local high school are being recognized for helping victims of last month’s floods.
Five culinary students at Preble High School in Green Bay cooked for families housed at the school.
Alex VandenLangenVerg assisted making the three-course meals over five days. He says he would want someone to do the same for him in a similar situation.
The students weren’t required to help. They volunteered and said it was the right thing to do.
