Grand Chute fire officials say the truck that caught fire on I-41 north, north of Northland Avenue was hauling 41,000 pounds of meat.
No one was hurt and the semi driver was out when fire crews and Outagamie County Sheriff’s deputies got to the scene.
The fire started just before six this morning.
