State Appeals Court Judge Brian Hagedorn will become the next state Supreme Court justice.
Judge Lisa Neubauer is conceding, after losing by about 6,000. Neubauer’s team initially was preparing for a possible recount.
In a statement, Neubauer said she called Hagedorn today. She hopes Hagedorn lives up to his campaign pledge to get partisan influences out of the court system.
