Two youth mentoring groups are exploring a potential merger.
Stakeholders from Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Fox Valley Region and Best Friends of Neenah Menasha are getting together to talk.
Lindsay Fenlon is the executive director of Big Brothers Big Sisters. She says the organizations could potentially operate more efficiently, and serve more kids.
Fenlon believes the two groups have their own strengths and they complement each other. She says there isn’t a firm deadline for a decision but she hopes there will be a recommendation either way by the end of the year.
