Oshkosh school board members want to talk more about the district’s policies for school newspapers and other student media.
The board’s policy and governance committee started a review last night. It comes in the wake of a controversy over an Oshkosh North High School student’s story that was removed from the newspaper’s website, shortly after it was published.
The committee plans to continue discussions into next month, before making any recommendations to the full school board.
