Green Bay police K-9 Pyro might not only be able to come back to work, but it could happen earlier than anticipated.
That’s according to Police Chief Andrew Smith.
He says the doctors are telling them there’s a strong likelihood that Pryo could rejoin the force. They’re also tightening their initial timeline of between one and two months, because of his strong progress.
Pyro was stabbed in the neck area almost two weeks ago. Smith says since then, he can’t go anywhere without someone asking about how Pyro is doing.
