The Fourth of July fireworks in Oshkosh will be held in a different location this summer.
With the cancellation of Sawdust Days in Menominee Park City Manager Mark Rohloff says they had to find another waterfront site. He says the owners of Pioneer Island has agreed to have the fireworks show off the island.
Oshkosh officials will encourage fireworks attendees to view the display from the north side of the Fox River or from along Pioneer Drive, which will be closed that day.
