A Shiocton man is talking about the flooding in the city.

Tom Schoelzel lives on the river and he says he’s never seen it this high. He says he has about four or five feet of extra water in his yard.
The Outagamie County Sheriff’s department says the river’s current is fast and dangerous. There’s a slow no-wake order for boaters.
