Freedom is hosting a special patriotic event tomorrow.
The state VFW picked the town for this year’s site for the group’s annual Loyalty Day celebration.
Organizers are holding a parade at 10:30 a.m., and a program at VFW Park at 1 p.m.
Veteran Rob Bonack helped put together the plans and he says it’s a chance for everyone to show their support for the country. He doesn’t think there’s a better place in Wisconsin to do that, than in Freedom.
The event starts with a meet-and-greet at St. Nicholas Church, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
