A 31-year-old Minnesota man is in custody, after Ashwaubenon police say a concealed carry permit holder held him at gunpoint, after a robbery.
Capt. Jody Crocker says the holder was with the owner of Frost Giant Games around 9:30 p.m. Sunday. He says the owner saw what was going on, on security video, so they went to the store in the 2200 block of S. Oneida Street.
Crocker says Eric Elm took off with money, but he was stopped, and held on his stomach, until officers got there. He says they found a wad of money under a car that Elm was running toward. He says investigators believe it was taken from Frost Giant Games.
