A 31-year-old man is back in Outagamie County to face charges in a two-year-old shooting case on Appleton’s north side.
Terence Moore-Taylor is in custody on a $500,000 bond, after he was in court Monday morning.
Prosecutors say Moore-Taylor fired several shots at a home in the 1600 block of N. Clark Street, on the early morning of April 30th, 2017. They accuse him of attacking the mother of his child.
They say a man and a woman were sleeping in a car in the driveway, and the man tried to help the victim. Prosecutors say Moore-Taylor shot at the man, and he was hit in the arm.
Moore-Taylor is expected to be back in court on Wednesday for a preliminary hearing.
He was arrested in the Chicago area not long after the shooting, and he was facing separate criminal charges there.
