A major construction project gets underway in Green Bay today.
North Webster Avenue will be closed between University Avenue and Radisson Street for a long-term reconstruction project.
Crews will expand the road to two lanes in each direction and add bicycle lanes on each side.
DOT officials hope to keep cross streets open as much as possible.
Work should wrap up by November 1st.
