A 28-year-old man charged in the death of a Two Rivers boy is facing a trial.
David Heiden waived his right to a preliminary hearing in the case. Prosecutors say he repeatedly abused two-year-old Gilbert Grant. They’re charging him with five counts including causing death by child abuse.
The boy’s mother, Rena Santiago, and their roommate, Bianca Bush, are also facing charges.
