The Appleton Public Library remains closed today, and until further notice.
It’s next to the downtown transit center, the scene of yesterday’s shooting.
Valley Transit is also setting up a temporary downtown transfer station at Franklin and Superior streets.
Update: The transit center reopened Thursday afternoon for Valley Transit transfers.
