A Republican lawmaker from Two Rivers is accused of showing off a holstered gun in the Capitol office of a lawmaker.
Democratic Rep. Sheila Stubbs of Madison bans guns in her office.
An aide for Stubbs says Republican Rep. Shae Sortwell met with Stubbs earlier this year to talk about barber licensing.
The aide says Sortwell made fun of a sign banning guns in her office.
Sortwell is accused of revealing a gun from underneath his coat.
The Capitol allows guns, but they can be banned by lawmakers in their offices.
