A study finds Wisconsin has one of the highest black homicide rates in the nation.
Wisconsin’s black homicide rate of 37.57 per 100,000 is nearly twice the national black homicide rate, and more than seven times the overall homicide rate nationwide.
The study is based on unpublished data from the FBI for 2016.
Missouri had the highest rate.
