Oshkosh tourism officials are looking back on last year.
Oshkosh Convention and Visitors Bureau spokesman Justin DeJager believes around one-million visitors came to the area in 2018. He says that helps local businesses stay open, and brings in new business to the city.
The bureau held an event on the EAA grounds yesterday to talk about the impact tourism had last year.
DeJager says EAA AirVenture brought more than 600,000 people to Oshkosh alone. He believes Country USA, Rock USA, and Lifest help raise the overall total close to one million.
