Mercury Marine is opening the expansion of its die-cast facility.
The $9 million project will let the Fond du Lac company make complex blocks, driveshafts, and gearcases for outboard engines.
Mercury Marine says there’s a large demand for their V8 and V6 engines, and they’ll be able to increase their production.
