Two men are accused of rolling back odometers on dozens of cars and re-selling them.
34-year-old Robert Solberg and 37-year-old Joshua Taylor are in the Brown County jail.
Green Bay Police Lt. Ben Allen believes the men sold as many as 20 vehicles a month over one year. He says they would order dashboard components from vehicles with lower mileage and putting them into cars with more miles.
Investigators say some odometers were set back over 100,000 miles. They say the men also changed information on several vehicle titles.
Robert Solberg is the younger brother of John Solberg. John is under federal investigation for fraud at a consignment business called Standard Pre-Owned. Prosecutors say John would offer to sell cars for people and then refuse to pay the owners after a sale.
