A local nonprofit wants to talk with black entrepreneurs about their experiences in northeast Wisconsin.
Fit Oshkosh hopes to share their stories across the state.
Diana Hammer of the UW-Extension in Fond du Lac says they’re looking for people from Winnebago, Outagamie, Brown, and Fond du Lac counties. Hammer says they want to know the challenges they faced, what they’re proud of, and what support they may want.
She says they’ll tape one-on-one interviews, and the people will remain anonymous.
Hammer says they hope to interview between 30 and 50 people.
